Diego Merino

Diego Merino is an educator and consultant dedicated to helping organizations improve how they recruit and hire leadership, build and develop excellent teams, and advance their missions.

Diego implemented Topgrading at two companies before joining us. Most recently, Diego led recruitment at Avenues: The World School, a private equity backed education company, for eight years, overseeing recruitment of hundreds of team members, including around one hundred leaders, as Avenues grew from one to five campuses globally and tripled headcount. He holds 2 bachelor's degrees from Indiana University and a Master's degree from New York University. A former New Yorker, he now lives in Oaxaca, Mexico with his family.
