We work with you to re-design the hiring process, integrating Topgrading best practices to maximize efficiency and effectiveness while minimizing change management. 2. ### Metrics and KPIs We help define and implement metrics so progress can be monitored. As with everything in business, what is important is measured. Over the decades, clients have proven that there is a very high correlation between implementation of Topgrading methods and percentage of high performers hired. 3. ### Training We will train human resources and hiring managers in the new process. They will learn how to create job scorecards, utilize screening tools, design and execute screening interviews, and conduct Topgrading interviews. 4. ### Technology We will help configure your hiring technology stack to reflect the modified hiring process.
