The founder of Mint.com makes the point that Topgrading is MORE important to small companies including start-ups, because he said that just a handful of mis-hires would have killed his start-up, Mint.com.

Fortunately he Topgraded, and achieved 36 out of 40 A Players (90%) then sold the company for $170million.
