Andy Williams

​​Over a 25-year talent acquisition career, Andy has been recognized as a transformational recruiting and hiring thought leader in companies as varied as start-up technology firms to established Fortune 500s. He was an original member of LinkedIn’s Advisory Board and has been a two-time finalist for HireVue’s Disruptor Award for hiring impact on business. In addition to starting his own staffing firm and serving as a hiring process consultant, Andy has led the recruiting teams in a Best Places to Work SMB; at Keurig Dr Pepper, a Fortune 500 company; and at Kaiser Permanente, a $95B non-profit healthcare organization where he was originally introduced to Topgrading over 20 years ago. 

A native of North Carolina, Andy serves companies of all sizes and industries across the globe as Topgrading’s Vice President, focusing on translating the language of Topgrading into practical tools and practices that help companies and hiring managers be more efficient and effective as they select new employees and evaluate team members. He is a recreational cyclist who has ridden a self-supported cross country trek, and in all 50 U.S. States, Mexico, and Canada.

 

These days he enjoys sharing his experiences with others from his home in the shadows of Auburn University, and can often be found on leisurely rides along the quiet and scenic backroads and trails of Alabama and Georgia.
