Chris serves as President of Topgrading, Inc. and has been helping companies, private equity firms, and individual managers pack teams with A Players since 2001. He has personally conducted over 4,000 in-depth executive assessments for internal and external candidates, helped hundreds of people achieve their A potential, and trained thousands of people how to make better hiring decisions. He and his team have worked with a broad array of companies, including small to mid-sized businesses in nearly every industry, private equity firms, and private equity portfolio companies.
